Prices are displayed in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable discounts, taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before payment. Payment options are those offered at checkout. Submission of payment information must be authorized. If we identify a material pricing or product error, we may contact you to confirm a corrected order or cancel and refund an unfulfilled order rather than charging an unexpected amount.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee stock availability or acceptance of an ineligible purchase. Orders remain subject to payment verification, availability and research-use review. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, prohibited use, delivery restrictions or material listing errors. Payments collected for canceled, unfulfilled orders will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly to request changes or report a problem. Opened, used or reconstituted materials are not eligible for routine returns, without limiting remedies required by law for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
