EMC Peptides supplies materials exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical experimentation. This policy applies to every product, order and product-related communication on this website.

Permitted research use

Products are intended for use by qualified researchers in appropriately equipped laboratories. They are not offered for personal use, clinical use, human consumption or veterinary use. A purchase does not authorize any activity that requires separate regulatory approval.

Prohibited uses

• Do not administer products to humans or animals by injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application or any other route.
• Do not use products to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, or as drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics.
• Do not use products for self-experimentation, patient care, compounding for administration, or personal performance or wellness purposes.

Purchaser eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and have the training, facilities and authority necessary to acquire and handle research materials. When ordering for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf. We may request additional research-use information or decline an order where the intended use is inconsistent with this policy.

Handling, storage and disposal

The purchaser is responsible for assessing hazards, selecting suitable protective equipment, preventing unauthorized access, and following applicable laboratory procedures. Consult available product documentation and safety information before handling. Follow your institution?s procedures for storage, spill response and lawful disposal; do not assume a material is harmless because it is supplied in a small quantity.

Product information and certificates

Product descriptions and published research references provide scientific context only. They are not instructions for administration or evidence of safety or efficacy in humans or animals. A certificate of analysis describes the sample, methods and results identified in that report; it does not establish suitability for every experiment.

Match the product and lot on your vial to the relevant report in our COA library. Illustrative or sample documents are identified as such and are not proof that a product or batch has been tested. Purity alone does not establish identity, sterility or endotoxin status.

No dosing or medical advice

EMC Peptides does not provide dosing recommendations, treatment plans, administration instructions or medical advice. Our support team can help with orders and available product documentation, but cannot advise on human or animal use.

Compliance and order review

You are responsible for complying with laws and institutional requirements applicable to your research, purchase, possession and use. Research-use labeling does not remove legal restrictions. We may refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably believe products may be misused. Any payment collected for a canceled, unfulfilled order will be refunded.
