Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how EMC Peptides collects, uses and discloses personal information when you browse this website, create an account, place an order or contact us. EMC Peptides ships orders from San Jose, California. For privacy questions and requests, use our contact form.
Information you provide
- Contact and account information, including your name, email, account credentials and saved address details.
- Order information, including billing and shipping addresses, products, quantities, discounts, payment status and order history.
- Support messages, order references and information you choose to include in correspondence.
- Newsletter signup details and partner application information, such as your organization, website, audience and proposed channels.
Please do not submit medical records, payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through our contact form.
Technical information and browser storage
Our website and service infrastructure process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and device or browser information to deliver pages, secure accounts and prevent abuse. We use cookies for cart and account sessions, and browser storage to remember research-use acknowledgements, newsletter prompt preferences and your COA grid or list preference.
Cart information is processed by our store system; it is not held exclusively on your device. You can clear browser storage or block cookies in your browser, but this may reset preferences or prevent account, cart and checkout features from working.
How we use information
- Process payments and orders, fulfill deliveries, provide tracking and resolve order issues.
- Maintain accounts, authenticate sessions and respond to support or documentation requests.
- Review partner applications and send requested newsletter communications.
- Protect the service, investigate misuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
We use information for the purposes described here rather than treating a purchase or support request as unrestricted permission to send marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting our store and checkout, payment processing, hosting, security, email delivery and shipping. For example, carriers receive delivery details and payment providers receive the information needed to process a transaction. Our storefront connects to a WordPress/WooCommerce store for account, cart, order and checkout functions.
Payment details are handled through the payment services presented at checkout. Do not send card details to support. Carrier websites and other external services have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Sale, advertising and tracking signals
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current storefront does not include third-party advertising pixels or behavioral analytics scripts. Service providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
The website does not change its essential cookie or storage behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of through Global Privacy Control on the current storefront. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including fulfilling orders, supporting accounts, resolving disputes and meeting tax, accounting or other legal requirements. Retention depends on the record type and applicable obligations; information may remain in protected backups until those backups are replaced.
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can review and update available account and address details through your account. You may also request access, correction or deletion through our contact form. Identify your request as a privacy request and provide the email associated with your account or order. We may verify your identity before providing information or acting on a request. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, opt out of certain processing or limit certain uses of sensitive information. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Some information must be retained to complete transactions or meet legal obligations; we will explain applicable limitations in our response.
For newsletter communications, use the unsubscribe option provided in the message or contact us to request removal. Transactional messages about an active order or account may still be sent.
Age restrictions
This website is intended for qualified researchers aged 21 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. For questions, requests or corrections, contact EMC Peptides.
